Šiandien, įgyvendinant projektą „Lietuvos–Lenkijos mobilios sveikatos iniciatyva (LTPL00468, L-P MHI)”, kartu su Warmińsko-Mazurskie Centrum Chorób Płuc w Olsztynie vyko mokymai, skirti sveikatos priežiūros specialistų kompetencijų stiprinimui bei efektyviam projekto veiklų įgyvendinimui užtikrinti.
Projektas įgyvendinamas pagal Europos Sąjungos teritorinio bendradarbiavimo programą ir yra finansuojamas Europos Sąjungos fondų lėšomis. Projekto tikslas, gerinti sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumą bei kokybę pasienio regionuose, stiprinant tarpvalstybinį Lietuvos ir Lenkijos institucijų bendradarbiavimą.
Organizuoti mokymai yra sudėtinė projekto veiklų dalis ir prisideda prie numatytų rezultatų pasiekimo. Mokymų metu dalyviams buvo pristatyti pacientų poreikius atitinkančių sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikimo principai, ligų prevencijos ir sveikatos stiprinimo metodai, taip pat aptarti praktiniai darbo mobiliose sveikatos priežiūros komandose aspektai. Ypatingas dėmesys skirtas pacientų orientuotam požiūriui, efektyviai komunikacijai bei paslaugų prieinamumo didinimui.
Mokymai taip pat sudarė sąlygas keistis gerąja patirtimi tarp Lietuvos ir Lenkijos partnerių, stiprinti institucinius ryšius bei užtikrinti vienodų paslaugų teikimo standartų taikymą abiejose šalyse. Tokios veiklos yra būtinos siekiant užtikrinti projekto tvarumą ir ilgalaikį poveikį tikslinėms grupėms.
Įgyvendinamos veiklos tiesiogiai prisideda prie projekto rezultatų rodiklių pasiekimo, stiprina specialistų gebėjimus ir sudaro prielaidas efektyviam mobilių sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikimui, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant atokesnėse vietovėse gyvenančių gyventojų poreikiams.

Today, within the framework of the project “Lithuanian–Polish Mobile Health Initiative (LTPL00468, L-P MHI)”, training sessions were held in cooperation with Warmińsko-Mazurskie Centrum Chorób Płuc w Olsztynie, aimed at strengthening the competencies of healthcare professionals and ensuring the effective implementation of project activities.
The project is implemented under the European Union Territorial Cooperation Programme and is financed by European Union funds. The main objective of the project is to improve the accessibility and quality of healthcare services in border regions by strengthening cross-border cooperation between Lithuanian and Polish institutions.
The organised training constitutes an integral part of the project activities and contributes directly to the achievement of the planned results. During the training, participants were introduced to principles of patient-centred healthcare service delivery, methods of disease prevention and health promotion, as well as practical aspects of working in mobile healthcare teams. Particular attention was given to a patient-oriented approach, effective communication, and improving access to healthcare services.
The training also provided an opportunity to exchange best practices between Lithuanian and Polish partners, strengthen institutional cooperation, and ensure the application of unified service delivery standards in both countries. Such activities are essential for ensuring the sustainability of the project and its long-term impact on target groups.
The implemented activities directly contribute to the achievement of the project result indicators, enhance the competencies of healthcare professionals, and create favourable conditions for the efficient delivery of mobile healthcare services, with particular focus on populations living in remote and underserved areas.
